This policy covers this website. It does not cover what happens after you leave it. Starting an application, creating an account, or applying for a job all take place on separate services with their own privacy policies, described below.

Applying for a mortgage involves information this website never sees. The privacy notice covering that relationship is provided separately as part of the application process.

Our services collect information. Applying for a loan, creating an account, or working with an Executive Mortgage Advisor all involve giving us what we need to arrange a mortgage. That happens on the Finaya application and in the lending relationship itself rather than on this website, and it is covered by the privacy notice provided as part of the application process rather than by this policy.

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not use tracking pixels, session recording or third-party advertising networks on it. The one cookie this site does set is described below.

If you give us your mobile number and opt in to text messages, we collect that number and a record of your consent: what you agreed to, and when. This happens in the application flow or with your Executive Mortgage Advisor rather than on this website.

We use both solely to run the text message program you asked for and to show, if we are ever asked, that you agreed to it. They are not used to build a profile of you, and they are not used for advertising.

Your mobile number and your SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and they are not sold. They are shared only with the provider that transmits the messages for us, which handles them on our instructions and for no other purpose.

We keep your consent record for as long as you are opted in, and afterwards for as long as we are required to be able to evidence it. Access is limited to staff and providers who need it to run the program.

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to 803-526-7190. The terms of use set out the program in full, including how to get help. Opting out stops the messages; we keep the record that you opted out.

This site sets one cookie, and only if you arrive through an Executive Mortgage Advisor's own page.

It stores that advisor's public identifier, the same value already visible in the page's address. It holds nothing about you: no name, no contact details, no browsing history, and no identifier that follows you to other websites. It is not used for advertising, analytics or profiling, and it is not shared.

You can remove it at any time by selecting “Not my advisor” in the bar at the top of the page, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Removing it does not affect your ability to use this site or to apply.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it, and we may ask for enough information to locate the records you are asking about. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf where state law allows it. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

In most cases, information we hold about you was given to us when you applied for a loan or in the course of us arranging one, rather than through this website.
