How Finaya Home Loans relates to Finaya, and what that means when you are choosing providers.

Our relationship with Finaya

Finaya Home Loans is owned by Finaya, an agentic AI operating system and marketplace for homeownership.

Finaya provides technology designed to help consumers and homeownership professionals navigate parts of the home-buying, financing, and homeownership experience. Products, providers, and services available through the Finaya marketplace may include services offered by Finaya, Finaya Home Loans, affiliated companies, or independent third parties.

Because Finaya Home Loans and Finaya have a common ownership relationship, referrals, transactions, or the use of certain services may provide Finaya, Finaya Home Loans, their affiliates, or their personnel with a direct or indirect financial or other benefit.

Your choice of providers

You are not required to use Finaya, Finaya Home Loans, an affiliated company, or a provider displayed in the Finaya marketplace as a condition of:

Purchasing or selling a property
Applying for or obtaining a mortgage loan
Refinancing an existing mortgage
Obtaining access to a settlement service
Using another Finaya product or service

Other providers offering similar products or services may be available. You are free, and encouraged, to compare providers, services, qualifications, terms, and prices before making a decision.

Choosing not to use an affiliated or marketplace provider will not, by itself, affect the availability or terms of mortgage brokerage services offered by Finaya Home Loans, except where a particular service is independently required by a lender or applicable law.

Marketplace providers

The presence of a provider in the Finaya marketplace does not necessarily mean that the provider is owned, controlled, or operated by Finaya.

Unless expressly identified as an affiliate, marketplace providers are independent third parties responsible for their own:

Licenses and regulatory compliance
Products and services
Pricing and fees
Advice and representations
Privacy and security practices
Performance and customer support

Consumers should review each provider’s terms, disclosures, licenses, and privacy practices before engaging that provider.

Compensation and referrals

Finaya, Finaya Home Loans, or their affiliates may receive compensation or another economic benefit in connection with certain marketplace placements, referrals, technology services, advertising arrangements, or completed transactions where permitted by law.

The existence and nature of any material compensation or ownership relationship will be disclosed when required. Nothing on this page should be interpreted as stating that compensation is received for every referral or provider interaction.

Finaya Home Loans does not require a consumer to select a settlement service provider solely because that provider appears in the Finaya marketplace or has a relationship with Finaya.

Settlement services

If Finaya Home Loans refers you to a settlement service provider with which Finaya, Finaya Home Loans, or another affiliate has an ownership or other covered business relationship, you will receive any separate disclosure required by applicable law.

That disclosure may identify:

The nature of the business relationship
The provider involved
The settlement service being offered
The estimated charge or range of charges
Your right to shop for another provider
